Ciao amici ed actifiters,
dopo una settimana dall'ultimo report riesco a postare con actifit.
Vorrei essere più regolare ma in questo periodo ho davvero poco tempo e avvolte dimentico anche di avviare l'applicazione di Actifit...

Giornata intensa e con sempre meno tempo a disposizione tra le lezioni di didattica a distanza di mia figlia, che però mi diverto a fare, e le tante cose che vorrei fare ma che puntualmente riesco a fare solo in piccola parte...

Per quanto riguarda la mia attività fisica porto a casa poco più di 5000 passi e mi ritengo soddisfatto...

Condivido una foto di una bellissima rosa rossa...ma quanto sono belli i fiori?
