Ciao amici ed actifiters,
ieri non ho postato il mio report di Actifit perché ho fatto pochissimi passi e non ho superato la soglia dei 5000 passi.
Anche oggi ho rischiato di non farcela ma mi è venuta in aiuto mia figlia che mi ha sfidato al gioco Last Dance sulla Nintendo e sono riuscito a superare i 5000 passi per un soffio.

Cercherò di essere più continuo e costante nella pubblicazione dei miei report...
