My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2020

I had a personal best round of disc golf at my favorite eighteen basket course tonight. I was playing there by myself when a couple of friends showed up and I started over and played with them.

I was nice a warmed up from throwing a few holes so things went pretty well for me. My score was two under par for the eighteen baskets.

I also rode my e-bike, did some stuff around the house and walked the puppy today for my steps.

Here's some pictures of a dragonfly that came visiting today:

I liked the way the light and shadows looked on this one.

The dragonfly almost ended up in a spider's web while exploring around on the wall. It did end up safely flying away.

looks like this dragonfly looks small. The tail is thin and very long. spiders also like to prey on it. 🤗👍
