It was nice weather today and I rode the e-bike out to my favorite course and ended up playing with one of my friends who was at the course. There were a lot of people playing today so we ended up skipping around just a bit trying to find some open holes where there would be less conflicts with people.
I was headed towards playing even for the round but I had a meltdown on hole eleven. We ended up playing it last because we were skipping around. It is one of the harder holes on the course and is four hundred and thirty one feet. I can usually par it but I took a triple bogie. Oh well.
I've been practicing getting a bit more snap on the disc and it has been doing great for me and helping get a bit more distance. The faster the disc spins the more it can stay on a high speed flight path and the longer it takes until it starts fading. Getting more snap on the disc gets it turning faster.
I've talked a couple of friends into meeting up at the Pro course tomorrow. I hope that the weather is fine for the game. It is a fun course but pretty difficult and if the weather gets windy or rainy it can make it even harder.
Tonight's dinner in preperation:
I read an interesting article on stoic philosophy this morning. It seems like I'm kind of a stoic from what the article described. I don't know that much about it though.
