My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2021
I played a couple of rounds of eighteen hole disc golf today. The first was with my son and I lost at +5 to a +2. I was having a bad case of newdiscitis, lol. I kept throwing my new discs on every occasion, even when clearly one should not be throwing said disc. (Gale force headwinds, water hazards, etc.)
New plastic has a kind of special feel and it does not release as consistently for me as a more beat in scuffed up disc. But who can resist throwing a orange and blue glitter sparkle disc? Certainly not yours truely, lol.
Anyway, I did better on the second round. There were more people playing and I decided I had better not shank as much as the first round. I ended up winning at a +2 score. It was kind of windy and rainy and that increased the scores (but gale force wind might have been a bit of an exageration, lol).

This came from an old Asian recipe. It has been changed a lot with some Pacific Northwest flare. You can hardly recognize its original roots.
Maybe it is cruel and unusual but I'll give 3 HBD to whomever can recognize the Asian name for which this dinner was loosely based upon. If answered below before the post pays out.

I agree with new plastic. It is softer and more pliable when used a bit. Oh, dinner looks really good! Is that fried cabbage or onion in there? What else is in there and what do you call it?
Gosh, you don't want me to give it away before the post pays out do you? Lol 😄 You have the fried cabbage and onion right, there is some eggs and flour too. It originated from Japan as a clue to the name.
