My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2023
I played most of an eighteen-hole practice round of disc golf today. I lost my D3 Air disc on hole fifteen and could not find it. I seem to be having a few issues getting this disc to do what I want and spend a lot of time looking for it. I know about where it is, and if I get some time in the next few days, I might see if I can find it.
This disc happens to be very lightweight, and I think that it is part of the issue I have when throwing it. There is also the fact that it is very flippy. Just as I was throwing it today, the wind gusted suddenly, and I lost my trust in the disc and underpowered it. As a result, it hyzered out early and went a few feet off the fairway.
When I was looking for it, I found someone else's long lost disc. He was really happy to hear that I found it, and I made arrangements for him to get it back.
I think someone will find my lost disc, too. It is not that deep in the bushes and eventually might turn back up again. At this point, I'm not so sure if it is stable enough for me to throw much through. I might be better off sticking to my heavier D3 discs.

Going over the trees or under the trees to the basket are both difficult throws.

Thank you. I have lost this particular disc a lot lately and I have been lucky to get it back. I don't seem to be able to throw it all that well but it goes a really long distance when you get it right.

Damn that's a tough approach shot..
I used to be able to par this hole once in a while. The trees have closed up the gap off the tee and it is getting difficult to even lay up to this spot. The perfect throw off the tee will make it down close to the basket but even with spotters there is a big chance of a lost disc because a lot of the trees will catch and hide a disc.
It looks like it will be very difficult to recover your D3 Air disk on hole fifteen, as the bushes look quite thick, @lightsplasher 😁
Yes, the D3 Air ended up in some thick thorn bushes and it is going to be some work to find it.

fun day of course for you playing on the golf course today, but the unpleasant thing is when your disc flew too far and you have to lose it today, but there is a good thing that you make your friend happy by finding his lost disc too, I'm sure your disk will be found by someone and give it back to you
It's been a long time since I've seen a golf course with such beautiful green grass and for sure so clean
The balls are not very big which makes them more likely to be lost and the golf courses are usually surrounded by grass or woods which can cause these balls to get lost.
today you managed to play eighteen holes that was very good for practice today, and hopefully your lost disc can be found again, and the view of the golf course looks very clean and green very beautiful.
