My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2025
I did some yard work today and mowed the grass. It was a lot easier to do since it dried out and did not rain for a few days.
It was a restful day for me without too much activity. It seems best for me to take every other day off from disc golf if possible. I end up playing a lot more than I should sometimes.
