My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2025
The seven of us played on a difficult disc golf course this morning. It was a long round on a hot day, and we looked for a lot of discs.
I won the round with the scores at: +18, +20, +22, +22, +30, +34, and +43.
I brought a lot of water with me and drank both bottles. I added Liquid IV to one bottle and Hydromate to the other. I like using these electrolyte powders. They seem to help prevent cramping, and I drink more liquid when I'm playing disc golf.
