Walking outdoors in such serene surroundings can only but lift the mood!
I was really so angry with the way our government has been handling this pandemic but then on Sunday we took a walk along the beachfront and I came away feeling a whole lot better.

Thank you, @lizelle. Yes, I think walking, breathing and relaxing are some of the best things we can do for our mental health right now. There is much to be upset about, and much of it can't be solved with anger and frustration!
