My Actifit Report Card: March 31 2020
在居家办公之后第一次达到了5000步。
由于在科罗拉多州疫情突发前基本上已经准备了充足的食物和日用品。两个星期没有要去购物的需要。
但是这种情况也导致了每天蜗在家中，除了坐在电脑前面很少有多余的动作。
即便actifit总是比fitbit记录的少些，但是两个计步器上面的数字都少的可怜。
家里的小狗也是天天趴在沙发上，百无聊赖的样子。没办法，每次想出去的时候，都会看到马路对过的小公园里面有很多跑步的，滑滑板的，或者踢足球的。
所有的事情在后院解决，然后便回到屋中；只有在趁着黑灯瞎火的晚上，邻居们都待在家中不出来的时候，才能出去跑一跑。
没办法，口罩吃紧，不能过渡浪费。
今天中午，从窗户向外看去，小公园内没有一个人影。可能是因为又有些许下雪，大家终于白天也比出来了。我决定带着狗子在白天出去走一圈。
终于看到草地长什么样了，小狗撒了欢的绕着我跑圈。这速度感觉能去拍fast and furious了。他欢快的防风，而我却发现西面八方都出现了遛狗的人群。怎么都选一个时间？
没戴口罩，看着前方的遛狗人的速度和方向，急速算出时间差和空间差，想没有人的地方赶去。感觉就像当年黄宏和宋丹丹演的小品超生游击队一样，各种闪躲小脚老太太。
我靠我靠我靠！你说这人好好走直线多好，总有那突然转弯的，我的时间差差点变成大照面。
明明过了马路就是自己家的距离，让我跟长征似的走出了三条街。
当进门的升级后，电脑上已经有同事在呼叫我了。继续上班！在手机上打开toggl的时候，突然发现，我走出五千步了……
