My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2020

Whether it’s the holidays or not, Sunday is still a Sunday. So a good day in the quiet. We got up around 10am. For lunch, I had planned a barbecue, but we did not have lunch outside, it was much too hot. In the late afternoon, we went to cool off in the pool. A few laps to cool off and strengthen our arms a bit.
