DAY 03 OF SOFT SKILLS.My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2026,

Hlo my dear friend and hivers welcome back to my another post of soft skills.
And today is my 3rd day.

So as other days I also learn something today new but it different from previous class(1,2).
The things we learn today and is career mapping
Ethical freelancing and others more .
But today we learn some different and I will explain it,
So as u can see in picture that mixed team challenge.
What is that?
So today that I'm saying u learn something is this, so the challenge was we divide into groups like four or 3 students and SIR tell us that make a tower of something that u have that could be Anything but not from this lab.
So we make it and get a tower of phones,books,and bags and sir told us that get back and the winner will be the one group who has the tallest tower of things that u have,
So weake it and show to him.
But that's was not his mind.
Then we set and then this lecture and it's discussion start,

And then the leadership style discussion starts that there areany people's that in leader ship some are better and some are not and sir explain it.
The one RAISE YOUR VOICE,IGNORE IT and PRIVATE ADVISER.
and then it's definition and reality on life.
And I was enjoying this discussion.
And then sir told us about the next day session and the last session.
And with that the session overs.

And i go to my home sweet home safely and get some rest.
So this was my 3rd day and the 4th and last day will be tomorrow inshallah.
But the thing i learn from today is the team work don't be a ignore it guy or the one who speaks too much and says just trust me I can do it in team and others have no value like be a one who gives everyone equal rights then u will be a great leader.
