My Actifit Report Card: October 27 2020
Hello Actifitters and happy Tuesday,
Today's weather was really bad, rain on and off all day, grey, drizzle... I really didn't feel like doing much. But I found the motivation for a quick dog obedience session in the yard.
After that, Genepi and Kaia deserved to play. It started raining again, so I let them enjoy. I had a couple meetings anyways.
Much later, maybe 9pm or so, it finally stopped raining and we could go for a long walk in the woods.
Since I didn't have enough activity for the day, I completed a strength circuit.
Hopefully tomorrow is a sunny day and I can go for a run.
