My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2020
Hello Actifitters, hope you Thursday went well.
Today I had more flexibility to organize my day, so we could use daylight for a dog walk in the afternoon. The past few days, most of the leaves that were still remaining, are now gone. The good thing is that it gets easier to navigate in the night, even without a light. But the colors of course are now soft and faded, no more brilliant yellow or red.
Of course, the dogs don't care and still enjoy the walks very much.
Later in the afternoon, I went running again. So almost 28k Actifit steps and a 10k run, that was an active day. Probably why I fell asleep before sending my report and I am doing that this morning instead.
