My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2020
Hey Actifitters, hope you had a good day.
Today was a bit colder, almost freezing, and grey for the most part. Morning was kind of boring, with just some work stuff. But for once, I was able to get free by mid-afternoon, and we went right away for a good walk with the dogs. Apparently, the sun was waiting for us, because as soon as we arrived in the woods, it started to appear behind the trees and between the clouds.
It got even brighter near the end of our walk when we got out of the woods, back to the street.
Since we still had just a little bit of daylight after that, I also went for a 10k run that I finished in the dark as usual. In addition to the almost 26k Actifit steps, that's a pretty active day.
