My Actifit Report Card: November 19 2020
Hey Actifitters,
Today didn't go exactly as planned. Morning was supposed to be boring and it definitely was. But I had planned to finish my work day very early afternoon, go for a walk with the dogs and then a long run, all that before night fall. Well, because of a meeting again, the walk with the dogs was postponed to later at night, but I still strongly believed I could go for a long run. I was lacing my running shoes when I got a call from a customer, and more than 2 hours later, long after it was already dark, I finally hung up. I knew I shouldn't have picked up! At least, I got quite a few steps as I was pacing in the yard the whole time. After that, we finally went for a walk with the dogs, a bit longer than usual to try and compensate a little for not running. Not the same for sure.
After a few cold days, the weather is surprisingly back into the 60s, until tomorrow night apparently. Very strange. But last night, lots of wind. So today, I inspected around and behind the yard the new damages. Not too bad, just a couple of small trees, nothing major.
Before that terrible call, I trained the dogs a little. Tested their patience again. It went pretty well, Kaia is slowly making progress.
And here's a second dog picture from 2 days ago, as I completely forgot to include it in my report.
That's about it for today, hopefully tomorrow I will be more successful in my schedule so I can go for a long run, we'll see.
