My Actifit Report Card: December 2 2020
Hey Actifitters and welcome to my report.
Surprisingly I managed to get up kind of early, so we could go for a long morning walk with the dogs, and enjoy the sun and the snow, the best combo! Of course, the destination was the nearby woods, where else??
Dogs were as surprised as me that we were out early like that, but they didn't complain of course.
It was pretty busy for work after that, but I reinstated the afternoon coffee break on the deck. It wasn't too cold and I cannot say no to a setting sun over a snowy backyard.
Even the dogs were calm and just chilling. Well, for a minute at least...
Finally, I went for a run. Almost 24k Actifit steps and 6.5 miles run, that was an active day.
