My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2021

Hey Actifitters, hope your week end is going well.

As I'm supposed to avoid too much activity, I took it easy today. Plus, the weather was very grey. Except for that weak attempt, we didn't see the sun much.

But the dogs needed exercise, and I needed some fresh air, so we went for an easy walk in the woods.

Just the usual stroll through the forest, where we still have snow luckily.

Maybe that wasn't enough exercise for the dogs, because they kept burying their heads in the snow. Or maybe that's just fun.

Well, that's about it. Since I don't feel any pain at all, and no bleeding, I think I won't wait the entire week before resuming normal sport activities, but we'll see. Take care and see you tomorrow.
