My Actifit Report Card: July 3 2021
Hey Actifitters, hope your weekend is going well.
Today's was sunny but the heat is coming back real strong. We might need to adapt our walk schedule again.
As usual, I got up super late, and after visiting another trail yesterday, we were back to our forest with the dogs.
It seems in the last couple of days, some new constructions appeared near the teepees.
Maybe to replace some of the ones that are down, probably from all the storms we had recently.
Not visiting the woods for 2 full days, the dogs needed to rediscover everything again.
One more sunny sky picture, just because.
I also went for a run in the evening, almost 11k to complete today's activities.
