Sunny and active Sunday - My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2021
Hey Actifitters, hope you had a great week end.
Today was sunny, but of course too hot to be perfect.
As usual, we started with a few walks with the dogs, including a long one in the afternoon. Once again we started in the woods, so the dogs can run free off-leash for a little while.
At some point, Kaia chased something, and I kept going. I like how Genepi couldn't decide if he was following me or waiting for Kaia.
But when she came back, he was all relieved and everything was back to normal.
But it looks like he scolded her "Don't do that again sister..."
I didn't think the wind was so bad during the storm on Friday, but there's a little damage in the forest.
The rest of the afternoon was filled with yard work. It was really needed and I also need to prepare the yard for when I leave in less than 2 weeks.
We went for yet another walk because I thought I had just enough time to catch the sunset, but we were too late and the sun was already behind the trees.
You can still get a small glimpse of it.
Finally, I went for a run, almost 7 miles, to complete today's activities. Over 45k steps is my best count in a long while, I think it's just short a few hundred steps from my all time high with actifit.
