My Actifit: March 28 2020
Brunch and folding of laundry starts the day. This was added with a wee bit of gardening, trying to grow some spring onion, mint and ginger.
Before dinner, we played an hour of wii sports. Golf with 9 holes and 3 rounds of boxing before finishing it off with a game of bowling. You might think it is not really workout but I was beat at the end of it. I think I sweat more than I do on a treadmill. Boxing is definitely key.
