It was punching day. Punching requires some form of breathing technique and stamina so as to not be breathless right at the beginning. Breathing control is key in all workouts. No gloves, no formalities, just punch a back with my fists.

Laundry folding was another form of workout. Do it while standing and walk back and forth to the closet after every few folds to keep them in their respective shelves. Dinner preparations took some work today too with chopping and slicing. Not too bad for a day.
