Back and rain: March 9 2020

It is raining in San Diego!! It started tonight and is supposed to last for 5 days šŸ˜±

That meant that I was busy all day making sure that everything was ready for the rain. I am sure that I forgot something but I did my best.

But since I got sick my back has been in bad shape. I am better now but am running out of energy very quickly. And the back hurting is not helping.

I got a therapy ball to stretch my back and also am using it to work my abs. Like laying on the floor and squeezing the Ball between my knees- then lift...

Hoping for no floods and a strong back šŸ˜œ
