Worked a bunch in the garden - mostly moving heavy pieces of broken concrete to create a new strawberry bed.
I finally stopped because it was hot and I started feeling weird. When I checked the temps, it showed unhealthy air quality again. Looks like I spend the hours with the most polluted air outside today.
What a genius! Not!
