Family Hike: December 27 2020
We had a great hike today. Kwaay Paay Peak was our goal today.
It is only a little over a mile with a 880 feet eve Latino gain.
My little hiking partner walked almost 1/2 a mile! She rocks!
Delicious Thai food with all the grands afterwards.
Great day 👍

In California, are you required to wear masks while outside in the fresh air?
Technically, we are supposed to wear masks everywhere. If you are way out in the boonies, it is fine without. But we are hiking close to the city and the trails are well used.
We actually are always a bit unhappy when we come across hikers without a mask. On the trail, it is not always possible to keep 6 feet distance and people do breathe heavily going up a hill...
And there are so many mask designs now that everyone can find one that fits...
