Today I began my day thinking that when you don't get results one way, you have to turn to other specialists. I've mentioned before that my dad had surgery for a fistula in his upper left jaw.

But he still has difficulty breathing because of the bacteria he got from having a tooth removed. Since the ENT treatment did not work, I wanted to try an infectious disease specialist who treats bacteria.

So I called the clinic and decided to take my dad there. I picked up the girls from school at 9:30 a.m. to go to the appointment with the infectious disease specialist. I don't usually take them out of school, but their dad was away on a trip, so I had to take them myself.

The doctor saw my dad, told him he would talk to him about his condition, assessed him, and ordered three tests: a culture of the area, a CT scan of the sinuses, and a panoramic X-ray of the upper left jaw. He emphasised that we should bring the results when they were available, as the treatment would be based on them. I am very hopeful that he will get to the right place.

Thanks to my brother and @ismeris, who helped me make the decision to take him with their words. On the way home, on public transport, a man got on and sang a song with his cuatro.

He delighted us with his voice and the passengers gave him money for singing. We got home, had lunch, and I helped my daughter make a poster for her presentation the next day. With nothing more to add, I bid you farewell, hoping to return with another post soon.

Cambiando de médico para que mi papá se cure.

Hoy inicié mi día pensando que cuando no se obtienen resultados de una manera hay que acudir a otros especialistas. Ya he dicho anteriormente que mi papá fue operado de una fístula en el maxilar superior izquierdo.

Pero aún sigue con dificultad para respirar por la bacteria que tiene producto de sacar una muela. Como no hubo resultados con el tratamiento del otorrino, quise probar con el infectólogo que ataca a las bacterias.

Así que se llamó a la clínica y decidí ir con mi papá, busqué a las niñas a las 9:30 a. m. a la escuela para irnos a la consulta con el infectólogo. No acostumbró a sacarlas antes de sus clases, pero su papá andaba de viaje y me tocó ir con ellas.

El doctor atendió a mi papá, le dijo que le hablará de su padecimiento, hizo su valoración y mandó hacer tres exámenes: cultivo del área, tomografía de senos paranasales y Rx Panorámica de maxilar superior izquierdo. Hizo énfasis en llevar los resultados cuando se tengan, de ahí deriva el tratamiento a suministrar, tengo mucha esperanza de que llegue al sitio correcto.

Gracias a mi hermano y a @ismeris ayudaron con sus palabras a tomar la decisión en llevarlo. En el trayecto a casa, en el transporte público, se montó un señor a cantar una canción con su cuatro.

Nos deleitó con su voz y los usuarios le dieron colaboración por cantar, llegamos a casa, almorzamos y ayudé a mi hija a hacer una lámina para exponer al día siguiente. Sin más que agregar, me despido deseando, volver con otra publicación, próximamente.
