My Actifit Report Card: October 27 2020

Hello actifiters!

I am posting about my daily routine towards a better, more active and productive life.

Today, my routine went as follows.

In the Morning:

I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of:

1. Waking up early
2. Drinking water to hydrate my body from a long night sleep
3. Exercising for 10 minutes
4. Having a great breakfast

Then I reviewed my plan for the day and went for it!

Started my work shift at 12:00.

In the afternoon:

Finished my 1st work shift at 15:00.
Had lunch.

During the afternoon I had the opportunity to do some horse riding with my daughter. It was Our first time but still it was such an amazing experience

Started my 2nd work shift at 19:00.

At night:

I finished work at 23:00.
Had dinner.
Went home.
Prepared my plan for the next day.
Did my calm and meditation Ritual.
