My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2021 : The End Is Just The Beginning

Just as the Start leads to an End. The End also leads to a new Start.

All things must come to an end, this opens another door for new things.

There might be a probability of an after life, maybe death opens another door to something else, which might be untrue or true.

Why all this fictional thoughts, it just a thing I get when am free and unattached to any type of necessary distractions.

I started my Industrial training April of this year, which is ending anytime soon, as my supervisor came to check on me and my colleague today.

All went well even though we had some little issues due to our humanly imperfection trait, other than that all went smooth and clean.

Am finally free from this disguised stress and am glad I can now be able to move on to the next phase.

My first thought this morning was about me having a rough day and I might not be in my best self due to the pressure that comes with my supervisor coming by to give me a little interview on what I have learned and how much experience I have gained through the period of the Industrial training.

This made me decide to do something I haven't been doing for a while, due to some reasons known and unknown to me.

I downloaded the actifit app and I said to myself that am going to start keeping track of my daily steps now. It might be a form of relieving stress and trying to distract myself from the pressure. Each time I hit the 1k steps I can feel the dopamine running through my veins and this gives me a good feeling so am prepared for anything that comes throughout the day. Am all about getting more steps which is a little exercise to keep my brain in a good state.

To cut the long story short, I got a call from an unknown number and boom its one of my supervisors trying to get in touch with me.

We finally met and they were three in number and all went nice and easy, we are six in numbers at the place where I was undergoing the training and we were all given positive remarks and we all are happy to hear such kinds words from a lecturer, which isn't really a thing most of them do, only few might relate to this though.

Everything that has a start will always have an end either positive or negative. Whichever ways am always grateful for the gift of life in me which is the source of hope in any situation.

A dead man has no hope for the future, the life source has been cut short and all hope is lost already.

The end of my industrial training I believe will open more door to my cryptocurrency journey and which will directly help me mentally and financially.
