Today, we found this little guy on the sidewalk while we were walking the dog. We always walk the dog when my son gets home from school.

But, before he got home from school today, I went to the gym and rode my hand trike. I did pretty well today with my workouts and exceeded my 10,000 activity level goal!💪🏽
