Can you believe it? It’s almost Christmas! I’m so excited, but with all the treats around I’m getting a bit chubby. And to add to it the gym is closed! Well I guess I’ll have to step it up for 2021. I haven’t been doing too hot with my workouts. Mainly physical therapy and Pilates
