My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2020

This is my henim actifit daily report. Today was a very good day. But unfortunately I could not walk too much. Actually, I have passed 10,000 steps now. Actually I did some kind of a good walk today. The pain on the left side of my chest has decreased a lot today. Few people I say think it is due to gastritis in my stomach. I don't think so. I exercise every 3 days. I think I exaggerate the exercise a little too much.

Bu henim actifit günlük raporum. Bugün çok güzel bir gündü. Ama ne yazık ki fazla yürüyüş yapamadım. Doğrusu şuan da 10.000 adımı geçtim. Aslında yine bir nevi iyi yürüyüş yaptım bugün. Göğsümün sol tarafındaki ağrı bugün baya azaldı. Söylediğim birkaç kişi midemdeki gastritten dolayı olduğunu düşünüyor. Ben pek öyle olduğunu düşünmüyorum. 3 günde bir egzersiz yapıyorum. Bence egzersizi biraz fazla abartıyorum.
