This is my Actifit daily report.

"Food Inc." today I suggested a documentary. You can find it on my blog. It describes the production stages of the food we eat, especially the E. Coli bacteria. And it's a huge truth that he hurt us as we eat. Unfortunately, the harm caused by foods is long term. So it does not kill, crawls.

As someone who eats hamburger french fries and cola every day is too fatty and most importantly animal fat, the probability of heart disease will increase. Since he eats something trans-fatty and starchy like fries, he will be more likely to get diabetes. Since she drinks cola, which is a sugary drink, it will have a high rate of developing diabetes.

Everything is so easy in life. If you don't trust everyone, you won't have easy trust problems. If you eat animal products and sugary products every day, you have a high incidence of diseases such as cancer, diabetes. Somebody is sure how I can claim that everything is so easy. Learning them is not very difficult. You will understand the diets of people with diabetes and cancer around you before they become ill.

Mısır genetiğiyle en çok oynanmış gıdalardan birisi. Ve yedikçe bize zarar verdiği kocaman bir gerçek. Ama gıdaların bize verdiği zarar uzun vadede maalesef. Yani öldürmüyor süründürüyor.

Her gün hamburger patates kızartması ve kola yiyen biri çok yağlı olduğu için ve en önemlisi de hayvansal yağ olduğu için kalp hastalığı ihtimali çok artacaktır.
