My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2020

avatar

Hello.
Today the weather is dark and warm. It's not a very good day. I have to read some books at home.

I guess today is not a very suitable day for a walk. But I still went out for a walk in the evening. I had a goal of about 10,000 steps. And I managed to beat this goal. Actually, 20,000 steps are very few for me, but I can still say good.

In my high school years, I used to take more than 20,000 steps a day. It was very good back then.

Merhaba.

Despite of not having a favorable day, you achieved a 10k plus steps. That's really awesome.

I think you can also use a #win tag in your post along with a screenshot if you can get the 10k steps before 10pm. (read this post by @adventureready if you have missed earlier)

Is this a contest? @hafiz34 only tag is enough?

Nope. it's not a contest. Whoever achieve 10k steps before 10 pm, they just need two things to do:

  1. add the screenshot of the @actifit app (its proof that you made 10k steps before 10pm)
  2. Use win tag while posting the report. If you can score 10k steps before 10 am, you can use automaticwin tag along with the image.

I have added one post link in my previous reply. You can read that for more clear message.

I would love to go back to my high school years. There is some kind of restriction in the country where I live these days. That's why I can't get out all the time.

Thank you.

Yeah... These are difficult times aren't they.

I have been shifting my thoughts these days though...

Every time I'm tempted to think negatively about the situation I choose to rather think about all the things I can do instead of the things that I can't.

It really helps with the mental state... and I have a feeling that this sort of resilience is going to go far as the pandemic stretches out.

There's still a lot of unknowns... But we can choose to focus on the known. These are the things that we directly control. Our thoughts and actions!

Hang in there @mehmetfix!

These are very good advice. I sometimes get negative thoughts, although not generally.

Every time I'm tempted to think negatively about the situation I choose to rather think about all the things I can do instead of the things that I can't.

But I will definitely do this advice you give.

Thank you @wil.metcalfe
