Good evening actifitters I hope you're having a great day. I'm still in the process of moving so haven't been able to hit the gym for a few days. But I have still managed to get my steps up through walking and cleaning.

Lil Miss 3 absolutely loves the soccer field near our home and each night we have been walking there. Dad has also been helping himself to a cheeky beer from the bar.

I also bought lil miss 3 a soccer ball today so in the coming days I'll be taking her onto the field for a kick.
