Today was an absolutely scorcher of a day with a 40 degree Celsius temperature. Too hot to train and I had a few more things to grab from the old house, happy to report we are all moved and now the cleaning must begin all ready for the hand over.
I took some time out to take Lil miss 3 to the splash park so she could cool down and burn off some energy. It was a fantastic afternoon.
Followed by a lovely healthy home made spaghetti bolognaise. I think it is always important to remember that training is only 10% of being healthy. The rest comes from your diet. Without a healthy balanced diet you won't succeed in your fitness goals.
