My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2021

Good evening actifitters I hope you're having a wonderful day. Today was another scorching hot day in Melbourne, it was also quite windy and the wind was a northerly so it was a hot gust of wind.

I had to wait for it too cool down abit which it still hasn't and it's 10pm. It was nice getting some breeze on me though I really enjoyed it.

I have restarted my routine with a chest work out which was great fun and I'm finally getting back to my original strength after putting the weights off for a bit due to moving.

Good job. Did you do any running or biking today. Or was it just weight lighting?

Just in door biking. Was too hot and windy to go out doors. Then hit the weights.

Worked up a nice sweat from it all, don't know what's harder. Training in the heat or in the cold
