My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2024 - Table tennis adventure with the kids
Not a boring day today, but a sporty day full of action!
We were invited to get acquainted with table tennis, a sport that you don't often see with children.
Quit football and swimming, time for something new!
Enthusiasm! The lesson was super fun and playful, with balloons, foam balls and of course ping pong balls.
The children (and I!) lived out. From 4 to 10 years old, everyone could participate and have fun.
Extra fun: the sports club is close to the school, so we could enjoy walking. Sports within reach, ideal!
After all this effort, a delicious treat was well deserved.
And when I came home, I was surprised to see my phone and activity tracker showing a huge difference in steps.
Fortunately, in the app you can synchronize your data with your Watch/Health App or Fitbit, problem solved!
