Zmagania z szczepionką i odciskiem. My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2021

Wczorajsza druga dawka szczepionki trochę mi dała w kość. Poranny spacer był bardzie człapaniem. Normalnie moją pętle 7km przechodzę w 1:02-05h, a dzisiaj było 1:30h. Trochę tez przeszkadzał odcisk z boku prawej pięty. To po środowym spacerze, jakieś ciało obce dostało się do buta i za późno zareagowałem.

Zrezygnowałem w związku z tym z wieczornego spaceru. Trzeba zebrać siły na jutro. Idę do jednego z źródeł Wisły. Po dzisiejszej nawałnicy pogoda na jutro jest obiecująca.
