My Actifit Report Card: September 16 2020
It has been awhile since i posted my steps. Today I thought I would get back into it as it is a good way for me to challenge myself.
In the past using @actifit has got me out and about, doing push-ups, bush walking and just getting out of the house.
Today my wife and I walked down to the local shops to get a coffee instead of driving down the street like we normally would. It was nice to get out of the house and breathe some fresh air.
I spent the rest of the day at work though . I work inside so was unable to enjoy the rest of the day out in the sun.
Work was busy so it was over quickly.
