My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2021

Hello....today got me doing this, walking along the estate of Uyo. It was quite an awesome experience and fun because I met with some long time friends that I never expected to have seen.

Walking is an exercise that helps in keeping the physical body fit. It is carried out to help one to be physically strong and healthy.

waking as an exercise also helps in measuring the flexibility i.e. the ability to bend and rotate the joint easily.

Along the process of walking, I also inculcated some single stunt activities like the bent knee where both knees are bent to squat position, heels up and hands tucked under armpit or free or on hips.

This was actually what made my day. After the whole exercise, I felt so strong and flexible...It was quite a beautiful time out there.
