Sneaked in my workout today first one in 3 weeks but felt good. Managed some kickboxing and cardio hit. And got a good sweat on. Also had to blow some bubbles for the kid while I was working out. So I suppose I took slightly long. 3 squat kicks, blow bubbles repeat lol.
