Morning Training + sports update
After yesterdays light movements and faffing around for the last few days I decided to push today.
Got these kinda feelings
I managed the following workout.
7 sets
- 20 x Butt Kicks
- 20 x High Knees
- 20 x Butt Kicks
- 20 x Knee to Elbows
- 20 x Jumping Jacks
- 20 x Knee to Elbow
4 sets of
- 20 x punches
- 20 x lunge punches
- 20 x squat side kicks
- 20 x punches
- 20 x front kicks
- 20 x squat front kick
In between all of this I also managed to dance and sing to you welcome and build the same simple blanket Fort 3 times! But I did it.
