30 Day Finess Challenge - Day 2
Started my 30 day fitness challenges yesterday. Day 2 complete. Here's what I covered:
Plank Challenge:
- 20 second plank
Arm Challenge
- Tricep Dips X 6
- Push ups X 4
- Mountain Climbers X 8
Opted for lady pushups
Abs Challenge
- Sit-ups X 20
- Crunches X 8
- Leg raises X 8
- High Plank X 12 secs
Wall sit challenge
- 20 seconds
Butt Challenge
- Squats X 20
- Bridges X 5
- Lunges X 10
Had some extra time and completed:
- 100 squats
- 24 knee to elbows
- 60 punches
