My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2023

Hello Actifitters, how's your weekend going? 🤗

My main physical activity today was my walk on the boulevard. Although it was hot and humid, capturing a blue sky made me really happy. And a bird flew past as well...how cool.

I walked Max (the dog) as well just after sunset. I tell you what, after yesterday's accident of slipping off my hand, this afternoon, he was hopeful that he can run away from me again. He wouldn't stop running around while I held his leash tightly until he's out of breath. Oh well, dogs are smart but we're smarter 😉 but accidents happen just like he's leash slipped off my hand yesterday. 😁

This is my dinner, braised pork in tomato sauce and veggies. And firm sweet mango slices. Yum. 😋

I also work on Sundays, so I prepped some lessons and I got to work. Did my usual stretches earlier this morning and during the day, I did jumping using that little step many times.

That's about it for today...
