Sunny Sunday 🌞 My Actifit Report Card: October 18 2020

Sunday - sunny day. It was like that, a beautiful, sunny and warm autumn day. In the afternoon we walked by the river, for two hours, and it was pleasant. I am also satisfied with the result, a bit more than 12 thousand steps. On weekends I always have more time for a walk or a bike ride, on weekdays it's a little harder. But everything can be organized, so I hope that in the coming week I will be able to balance work and outdoor activities.

Autumn has always been an association to the beginning of school, joy and screaming of children in schoolyards. It’s mid-October and I still don’t feel that way.

Although I always come across some autumn colors, yellow and fallen leaves, there are still plenty of green plants.

I also saw a few bundles of chard, it seems that it is wild chard growing by the side of the path. Normally, it’s one of the vegetables I love to eat, and I prepare it similar to spinach.
