Love Live Music My Actifit Report Card: November 19 2020
A day with a migraine. Since early morning. As I mentioned yesterday, I was writing a cover of a song and practised to play it ... So this morning I woke up at 7 and went to school to record it... it would be a punishment for my neighbours to listen to that song so early. But then the troubles started.. my head just decided that this is a perfect day to host a party for a bad migraine... immediately after that, I had a few lessons, a break for the lunch and more lessons in the afternoon.
No long walk, no sunshine today. Just some evening photos as I needed to take some fresh air... and have the minimum steps.
In our evening walk, I saw the inscription love live music, which is quite cool. Although, musicians who lived from concerts and live performances are species in extinction...

Sorry to hear that you had migraine attack. I never experienced that, but I heard that it's excruciating pain.

My migraine attacks started when I was a teenager, so practically I am living with that as it happens very often. If it is bad, it lasts for two-three consecutive days.. ton of medication but nothing really helps. In addition to the strong pain in one half of my head, I can not stand the smell of the food, too much light and noise, and the overall feeling is nausea and the question: when it will pass and if I can have at least two weeks until the next time 😓
Your migraine problem made me remember this story, heard during my vipassana meditation retreats: do you find it curious too?

Thanks Cezary for your wish. We have to stay positive...and I learned to live with it, but not pleasant at all.. I am better now, still not perfect, but going through it.
