Real Estate Vs. Crypto & the Work Force of the Future
Location, location, location!!! Real estate investors are used to say, but with Corona we actually saw that those top locations for the top employees, the top earners and the top work force of the future aren't anymore. The way home office settings came over our daily work routines made it possible to rethink where we want to have our office and it gave employees and workers on the other side of the employers' tables negotiation power. Why spending valuable time in a presence culture and inhumane work settings that lead us into alienation?
It is long overdue that real estate owners at those top locations get pushed off their high horses. If not completely, then nevertheless a little and people working in crypto industry will play a key role in further negotiations and restructurings, strengthening the employees' positions.

Well said. Landlords price gouge us into paying half or more of our income. You'd better have a really good paying job if you want to raise a family!
