Some of my insights of my job and how bureaucracy can force people to turn of their brains. Bank employees are more and more forced by bureaucracy to subject themselves to tech (no matter how crude/asocial it might be). In social media we used to say that humans are turning into bots. The fear of losing the job is too strong to hold on to (inter)human attributes.
