Today I made it back into the gym for day two of weightlifting. Woohoo! I did back and biceps today. It was a quick workout as I was on a bit of a time crunch. I think I still managed to get in a good amount of reps. I was seeing timers of 90 seconds in between reps. I think that was a little too long. Next time I will put it at about a minute.
I'm really sore from the night before. My shoulders, chest and triceps are killing me. I guess I really need to start drinking more water to release some of that lactic acid. I'm gonna do a light workout tomorrow. Hopefully that will allow time to heal.
