I had a pretty good day today. I've actually had a good couple of days, but I keep forgetting to post. In fact, I'm going to have to rush this post just to get it posted in time. Here are my steps for the past week.
Today, I made it to the gym. I did chest and triceps and a little bit of shoulders. I also did 2 sets of 1000 meters on the rower.
